Display siderbar for blog category when static first page is NOT an article page

I'd like to display (as per post title) the sidebar for blog category; now I achieve this by switching the static first page from the Home Page to the Blog Page.

It is NOT the behavior I'd like to reach, so how can I activate the sidebar for blog category while still havin' a static first page like the active one?

Any advice will be much appreciated

Hi,
All if your problems with the blog are coming from the page itself. This is not the blog page, it is a normal page. You have to set the blog page as a default wordpress blog page.

I'm going to change the CSS in order to uniform the appereance of the sidebars.
