Custom post types
It would be awesome if there was a way to create a custom post type. In my situation I need to have a post type that displays the author and one that does not. I know the vc post grids allow some variety but the post page itself has to be the same. I've reviewed the plug ins CPT UI and also ACF but the custom theme development documentation doesn't quite apply to the theme file structure. Would you be able to provide any information about creating a custom post type while I use your theme?

We do not support these kind of changes but the custom post types are handled by wordpress so just find a tutotial about creating one.
