Hi,

I'll try to explain. I would like to change the display of the form and especially I would combine two fields of text and then create a form with as the field name and the last name field side by side. All this without the visibility of the form is compromised on mobile devices.

It's possible.

So if you want to play with layout, then you must play with custom css's of plugin itself because this unfortunately is not related with theme.
