I can not activate the Bundled Plugins (Revo Slider, Layer Slider and Visual Composer)Active

Good morning, BeTheme.

I bought a Betheme to develop a customer's website. But I am not able to authenticate the package plugins (Revo Slider, Layer Slider and Visual Composer). Our Purchase Code is not being recognized by plugins.

I have two suspicions:

1. Our first attempt to install the theme was in a crowded hosting (a sub-folder of the client's account). Because of this there were some errors in the installation of the WP itself and in the authentication of the plugins. We did not get confirmation of success or failure.

2. The second attempt was in a new, empty lodging. The installation occurred smoothly but took a few days to happen. From there the plugins did not find our Purchase Code anymore.

Something I noticed in the license certificate was the date and shipment of the Purchase (with Greenwich time).

Questions:

1. I can not authenticate the plugins why I tried to register them first on one server and then another, or because it took too long and the timeout expired, or both together?

2. How do I restore the Purchase Code to activate these plugins?

Hi,

You do not need to activate the plugins that come with the theme. Only if you buy them individually you can get the premium content and updates.
