Hover box responsive

Hey guys,
 in the last row of my website: https://45seconds.de , i have an hover box with text.
On a big screen it looks quite good but on a smaller screen it looks really bad because the text don't get smaller and the box changes the size.

So i want that the box goes like the other boxes smaller in responsive and the text must get smaller.
