Revolution Slider for single posts is not available unfortunately because single posts are not standard page.
About 2nd question we are not sure what you exactly mean because for single post page we have only one layout and it is not possible to do anything else. Of course you can use Muffin Builder inside posts so maybe this is what you need. And also you can setup sidebar with ads and other stuff. To define vertical images for posts, while creating post, you must select "Vertical Image" format which is on the right hand side. More information about that you can find in the documentation on http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/documentation/#blog

Header layouts can be changed in Theme options > Layout > Header section. More info you can also read in the doc http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/documentation/#header
