Move hooks above subheader, but below normal header
Right now my hooks are in a weird no-mans-land.
My header is at the top.
My subheader (just breadcrumb nav) is next.
Then my hooks follow that.
It's an unnatural look. It should be
header
hooks
subheader
Is there a way to do that?

we are very sorry but this is how they are included in the theme files and this couldn't be changed.
