Menu Disappeared after updating to Woocommerce 3.01

Hello, our main menu bar and sticky menu disappeared after updating Woocommerce to version 3.01. We are currently using Betheme 14.2. We tried resolving the issue with the following:

a) Updating to Betheme 17.6

b) Disabling all custom CSS

Please disable all plugins, if this does not help, go to the theme folder via FTP and remove everything, then install a fresh copy on the theme. We advise to make a backup.

Hello - I disabled all plugins on our dev server. And have replaced our betheme folder with a fresh copy of the latest Betheme. Even with all other plugins disabled, unfortunately, our menu is still removed as soon as Woocommerce 3.01 is activated.

This may be a javascript issue on our dev server since we are using a subdomain. If you have any other reports of the same issue please let me know.

Hi there - It was due to a .htaccess rewrite rule.

I had the same thing happen, but it was a caching issue. Once I cleared the cache, the menu re-appeared.
