Problem with Layer Slider

Good afternoon
I have a problem with Layer Slider because when I view the web page from the smartphone, if I am connected to Wifi there is no problem, while if I use the mobile connection, the web page is not displayed as it should. I've also tried with Revolution Slider and the problem is pretty much the same.
How can it be solved ?.
I put here images of what I see when I connect with Wifi and with the network of the mobile operator.

I would appreciate a prompt response, the client wants to publish the website as soon as possible.
