I would to please change the title from Billing Details to Delivery Information on the checkout page of Woocommerce. Which file should i edit?

Hi, sorry but we do not interfere with the woocommerce translation. These fields are in the woocommerce files, we do not offer support when it comes to changing them. You have to look for answers on woocommerce doumentation.
