Header Missing After Upgrading Woocommerce

I've upgraded the theme to the latest version and cleared my cache and all works ok until I update Woo commerce from 2.6.14 to 3.0.1. 

As soon as I do the update the header disappears in mobile and desktop view. If I remove the Woo commerce folder and install the 2.6.14 version the header is back again.

Basket is now displaying correctly also.

Any thoughts ?

Hi,
Please update woocommerce and betheme to the newset version.
We see that you have cache installed, you have to clear it.
If all of these things do not help, disable all plugins and check.
Remember to have cache turned off for this.
Here is a screenshot of the console that shows the errors come from th cache files:

Hi

I've done all that and the header is still missing unless I disable the woocommerce plugin, then it all works correctly.

Any ideas ?
