Related posts, show from all categories? random?

Hello BeTheme team,
Almost one with a new site just one thing. I like the 'Related posts' option, only I would like it to show posts from all categories, not just the same as the current post. Any idea where I can set this up / tweak this?

Once that's done I would also like to set the order on 'random' but don't know how to...
