How can I do a "Read More" and a sub menu

Hello,

I have 4 questions below:
  1. In this page click here, I want to make a read more for the text content. Once the user clicks on "READ MORE" button of every section, the page will load more text for the section.
  2. Can I add a another menu to the page, so I will have the main menu, and another menu for sub content?
  3. How can I change the rollover effect color in the fancy "Read More" buttons in this page, click here?
  4. For the main menu dropdown list, how can I implement a full screen dropdown list like the one in this page? See screenshot below.

    Hi,
    1. Not possible with theme options
    2. You can only add a custom menu to a widget area like footer or sidebars by selecting the muffin menu widget in appeareance>widgets. 
    3. You can change it with custom css
    4. The screenshots do not work. Use a service like snag.gy
