Column padding on mobile/responsive

Hi Guys,

Is there a way in CSS to set a minimum padding size for columns on mobile/responsive views?

When we view http://completecloudsolutions.com.au/ on mobile the top and bottom padding in Muffin Builder columns is a little too large.

Can this be done by setting a maximum padding in pixels or maybe by a reduction set by percentage?

Otherwise, wicked theme and setup. Really happy.
