Hide menu and footer

Is there a way to hide the menu and the footer? We want the customer as the first thing they see when they enter our site to be two big boxes, where they can pick B2B or B2C. We know how to make the boxes and everything, but we would like for the menu, footer and all to be hidden.

Hi, you can select the blank template on this page, the header and the footer will not be visible.
