How do I WPML (language dropdownmenu) in the action bar? I tried several things but it doesn't work optimal.

Hi Ben,
at first, you must get
WPML plugin
and after plugin installation, drop down language menu appear automatically.

I already install it, but i don't get a dropdown menu evendough I set dropdown(classic) in the settings of the plugin.
Secondly I get a box in my main menu when I activate the plugin. I don't want that.

The box you mentioned is the place where language icons for wpml should be. As we see, your images are transparent in the code what means the problem is with plugin itself and in this case you must contact with
wpml support team
