How to "unhide" sections on a page in the muffin builder

I accidentally "hide" a few sections of my homepage on the backend of a site I am working on in the muffin builder. I did not delete the sections. I am reaching out to see how I can "unhide" and reinstate these sections, so they appear on my homepage again. After I hid the sections, I did update the backend, so now nothing is showing on the front.

The site has not be made live yet, but the client does have access, so I would like to fix this asap.
