Remove Featured Image on Post

Hello,

I need to remove the featured image on the single post pages on my website. 

I need to keep the section for related posts at the bottom of the page, and I need to keep the featured image on the list of blog entries. 

I just need the featured image on the actual "single post" page to be removed. 

I tried these solutions found here http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/12666/remove-featured-image-from-single-post 

But the problem is it removes the pictures from the related posts section at the bottom of the page.

HI,

When you edit the single post page you can set the featured image to hide.
