Search box/form as a shortcode?

Hello,

is there an option to have the search box inserted as a shortcode rather than widget element? because I need to insert an hr between the widget title and the search box which can't be done under the default search widget.

No sorry, we do not have that possibility yet. You can only have the search as a widget.

Hi do you have an idea when this functionality will be available? I intend to make this theme my main goto theme for all my wordpress clients ( as it is simply amazing!) but a few require having a search box as a body element on some pages.

Hi Nick, unfortunatelly this is not as easy as it sounds. We have it on our list, but it is a very long list;)

I doubt it will be in the near future. It will take time.
