Is it possible to only upload one theme, not all 250?

When I make a site for a client, can I make it so only one design is included, not all 250 options? 

Maybe something as simple as hiding the "BeTheme pre-built websites" in wordpress editor?

Go to theme options>global>advanced, there you can disable it.
