Long ago I used your beautiful theme to make this site.

I wondered if it was necessary to update the theme and if you could give me support as I'm afraid of crashing the site.

If I send you ftp access via email, can you do it?

Hi,

Here is an instruction on how to update the theme:

http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/documentation/#general

Theme updates will not delete you content, unless you have changed the files directly in which case we suggest using a child theme.

We also recommend creaing a backup file.
