Change link tekst when sharing on facebook.

Hi,

I have a question about sharing my wordpress website een facebook.

I want to share my website on facebook, but when I try to do that, I see a text unde the title about Be Theme wordpress template. Where can I change that? I allready changed de SEO part of the website.
