Menu items disappearing!

We've been working on some pages of one of our client websites and somehow some menu items have disappeared. Not sure why. We've created another menu but the menu items DON'T show up! There are only two items, there should be 8 total.

Hi,

please go to your FTP server, create php file with phpinfo() function inside and send us link to that file so we can have a look on your server settings. The problem is probably related to limits but to be sure which one is the reason, we need that link.
