Unable to show full width Call to Action

Hi,

I am unable to show full width for my bottom CTA, please take a look. I have followed exactly the setting in my homepage CTA, but I couldn't achieve the same result. Please look into it.

Since this is a pattern background, you need it to repeat. Edit the page, then edit the section and set the background position to repeat. Look here: http://prntscr.com/f3jo5y
