Hide Menu Item for Mobile Devices

Hello!

Is there a way to hide certain menu items for mobile/tablet devices?

Our current menu jumps down below the logo when the screen gets too small, so if possible I'd like there to be away to just hide the social buttons on smaller devices.

Hi, 

you do not need to hide anything, just go to theme options>responsive>header and change the initial value to 1240px. THis way the responsive menu will switch on quicker. Look: http://prntscr.com/f3q53z
