looking to change the colour of the loading circles

This may be a silly question but whenever someone clicks on my blog page, the loading is rather slow. the circle loading buttons are white, so is my background. Is there a way to change the loading animation button

When it's loading it has 4 circles that are really hard to see, moving in a "loading" fashion

It also does it on the forum page

Sorry, but we did not test this script/plugin with the theme. Our policy clearly states that we do not support third party plugins and code so unfortunately we cannot be of any help to you.
We also do not offer any loading animations/spinners.

Which plugin or script? The blog isn't on a plugin or script and the forum is bbpress which I would imagine is supported. Either way I still have the same issue without the forum. 

So is there no way to change the colour of the loading buttons?

We do not have any loading buttons, when the page is loading. This is not our plugin or script. This is why we do not support it.
