I want to only show revolution slider on the homepage - how do I do this?

Don't want to show menu, footer, or any content.

I tried using a blank page AND the blank page slider revolution templates, but the slider never shows up:

Any ideas?

Hello,
You have maintenance mode enabled. Please set the slider when editing the page, under the muffin builder. See screen: http://prntscr.com/f4czdj
You can also insert the slider shortcode into the wordpress editor directly.
This set with the blank template will give you the slider.

I would like to have revolution slider on home page but remove it from all other pages.

I managed it. It was header background. 

• Header | Minimalist - turn it on if you want to use header without background image & padding
