Client Post Type - Larger Featured Image Size

Hello BeTheme Support, 

Is there any way to make the Featured Image Size for the Clients Post Type larger? 

Right now no matter what image size I insert, the image size constrains the image to a much smaller size. I just need it slightly bigger.

When inside the Google Chrome Inspector I noticed that the image is give a max-width like this:

(max-width: 107px) 100vw, 107px

Any assistance would be appreciated.
