I have set the Footer | Style in in Muffin Options to sliding, however some of my pages are created with a fixed footer style. What does that depend on and how do I make the fixed footers into sliding ones? Web page

Please open your website in Firefox html mode (CTRL+U) and check how many html errors you got. Please fix them first and all should be fine.
