Featured Image Size in Masonry Titles

I would like know if it's possible to have the same size of featured image for Masonry Titles in Blog ?

On the first screen shot (the events page) I would like put the same size for every photo : https://mediterrenet.org/wp-content/uploads/2017/05/Capture-d’écran-2017-05-12-à-17.29.39.png

And on the second screenshot I would like remove the featured image in header of event : https://mediterrenet.org/wp-content/uploads/2017/05/Capture-d’écran-2017-05-12-à-17.29.59.png

To change the size of the images on portfolio/blog/shop please navigate to theme options>blog,portfolio&shop>featured image
There set the desired image size. Remember to read the notice at the bottom of the page regarding thumbnail regeneration.
Notice! If the image has to be larger than the values you set or else it will not change
