Header is always transparent

Hey there...
I´ve installed one of your demo templates (eco) and can´t get the Header semi transparent or none transparent.
No matter which header style I chose, it´s always transparent.
There´s also no entry for that in the custom CSS, so this shouldn´t be the issue.
