Menu disappears in Safari Top_bar stuck loading

Hello, I have a problem with Betheme in Safari. The menu is not visible at full width, it appears if I resize the window but the hamburger menu is unclickable. I suspect the problem is with the "loading" class being applied to the Top_bar element.
