How to add form using shortcodes ?

Forms has been created by Contact Form 7 plugin which is included into theme. All you need to do is create forms in Contact Forms section and then you can get shortcode for right form and paste in any place on page you want.

You can use for example "Column" item which support raw/text shortcodes and html code.
