Portfolio Link - Issue

We are facing a issue with "Portfolio Link".

We have put on the - "Hover Title"

And have marked - Portfolio Link to ---->"Disables Details | Only Popup Image."

But this is not working. When we click on Hover Title on respective item on the Portfolio page- the whole detail page loads rather than just the popup image.

As you previous said, there can be caching issue. We have verified this in multiple browsers + different computers and even our server caching is put off. 

Yet, this problem persist. 

Can you please help us to fix this.
