Header Menu Sometimes Disappears

Hi everyone,

We have 2 websites on BeTheme. A few days ago we've noticed that the menu in the header on both of them started to disappear once in a while (when we reload a page, sometimes it requires a few clicks on F5 or Ctrl+R for the menu to show).

Do you know what this issue can be connected with?

    Hi Muffin,

    Yes, they are on the same server.

    One of the websites is multicarehs.com

    And today, together with the disappearing menu, it started to show a long blank space on the bottom before the footer.

    And Client Testimonials on the bottom left started to disappear.

    Hello,
    Lets try with this, disable cache. Also disable all plugins.

    Please open your website in Firefox html mode (CTRL+U) and check html errors you got. Please fix them first and all should be fine.

    Please go to your FTP, create php file with phpinfo() function inside and send us link to that file so we can have a look on your server settings. The problem is probably related to limits but to be sure which one is the reason, we need that link. For more details about file creation, please visit [Links visible only for registered users]

    Hi,
    Please increase your PHP version on your server, also increase the value of max_input_vars to 5000.
    You may need to contact your hosting provider to do that.

    I've increased the PHP version and the value of max_input_vars to 5000.

    Will monitor if it fixes the issue.

    We have the problem with the header menu again.

    Also the bottom of the page sometimes becomes long and blank.
