HELP!! MY SITE KEEPS CRASHING WHEN I TRY TO UPLOAD THE UPDATE

It never successfully uploads the first time (after the old version is uninstalled) and the site crashes for a day. I get this error message with some sort of login that doesn't work: "The user name or password you entered for danceresearchforumireland.org:443 was incorrect. Make sure you’re entering them correctly, and then try again".  danceresearchforumireland.org

please go to your FTP, create php file with phpinfo() function inside and send us link to that file so we can have a look on your server settings. The problem is probably related to limits but to be sure which one is the reason, we need that link.
