is it possible to add an anchor on a (vertical) tabs and activate it?

so when linked in the another page or menu, will go to target page and OPEN the target tab?

automaticly generated tab link does not (#tab-591c3c322902b-4)

i tried add <a id="tab4"></a> in head of target tab content or title;

link: URL_OF_THE_PAGE/#tab4

does opened targeted page but does not open/activate 4th tab content.
