Featured image

I'd like that the featured image is not cropped and the width should be as the text width. Also I don't want the effect where the image moves on mouse hover.

Can you please tell me how to do that?

Please go to theme options>global>general and change the image frame style, see here: http://prntscr.com/f9a8r0
The size of the featured image has to stay like this.
