widgets in the template are not loading

Hello, please help me, because the widgets in the template are not loading. In the main widgets page I can not drag and drop the options because they do not appear to be edited, (see attachment 1) - I tried other options like (manage with live view), however error appears (See attachment 2 see attachment 3). Please kindly help me with this information urgently, I send the login and password to access the site with the site form theme forest, my e-mail is: [email protected].

please go to your FTP, create php file with phpinfo() function inside and send us link to that file so we can have a look on your server settings. The problem is probably related to limits but to be sure which one is the reason, we need that link.
