Hi,
I would like to have a frontend for the users, where you can publish some information about yourself and that you can post something on a blog page.
I found this plugin but I am not sure if this is the right one
Do you have some ideas ?

We do not have a solution for that and we cannot recommend any plugins as well. We did not test any.
Wordpress allows you to create accounts.
