50% Transparent on Top Bar with Menu

I would like to know how I can set the Top Bar Menu to be transparent only 50 or 60%  not 100%..

You can use this custom css and change the color to fit your needs.

.header-fixed #Top_bar {
	background-color:rgba(0,0,0,.5) !important;
}
