I have a problem with RTL

I worked at RTL in an older version of Betheme

And everything would look fine.

Now I've installed a new version and something went wrong.

The menu is LTR and not RTL

Also order the appearance of Muffy stuff from LTR instead of RTL

For example, I write a first section and then the second section should be to his left, instead it appears on the right

(The text itself appears to be in order, ie, aligned to the right, but the whole section does not stand in place)

I think that The problem is because the rtl.css file not loaded in my site.
