Theme Has Issues in Safari

Hi betheme support,

We have been using betheme from a long time. We have a paid support as well. This time, we have come across a flickering issue on your theme for safari browser. Here is the website that has issue: https://goo.gl/aO8tJX

Also, check this URL too: http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/hr/. I am not able to view the last section of this version on Safari browser.

I have been extremely disappointed to see such issue on such top rated theme. Please suggest to fix it ASAP.

Sorry but we do not understand what do you mean. Where is the problem exactly? Please show it on screens and explain in more detail.

Hi,

I am getting flickering issue on one of my websites  (link shared above). The issue is coming on Safari browser. I set the parallax to Enllax. 

The same issue as reported by other user here: http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/19059/parallax-bug-in-safari-with-besafari-template

The solution provided by you didn't work in my case. Please help.

Please try to change the parallax plugin in theme options>addons&plugnis>addons

I have already tried this method but it didn't fixed the issue.

It may be cause by the image itself, if the image is too big then it will flicker just because the browser cannot handle it. Either way we cannot eliminate this, this is how it works on safari.

The whole page flicker not just one image or section. You are selling a theme and saying you can't eliminate this issue. This is weird. What's the use of your theme if it flickers on safari. 

The solution that you guys provided works on test environment, but it didn't work on live server. Can't you guys look into it?

There is not much we can do, the flickering may be caused by the safari browser but since we tested this website on safari and it worked fine, the only thing that can be causing this is the PC, maybe it is too slow and cannot handle it. Again, there is nothing we can do, this is not theme related.
