Second menu question

Is it possible to have the menu that appears in the action bar be a drop down menu ?

I have a few links in there and one of the links has 4 sub links which i'd like to show on mouse over.

these links / pages are added in the normal menu area and not something custom that I've made.

No sorry the menu in the action bar has depth of 1,

there is no possibility to have it drop down.
