Can be theme do something like https://trustspot.io/ where the text changes or a new image with text shows on the click of an image. Its at the top of the home page, screen shot inserted also at https://www.screencast.com/t/KQTOxybV

I also have seen this on https://www.vivint.com/ in the middle of the page. Also found at https://www.screencast.com/t/TJCssHHaJ7
