Change font, make it bolder and change color for entire site at once.

Hi i want to change the sites text to a bolder text like verdana bold.  also i would like to know how to change the font on the site itself.  Do i do it piece by piece like the title bar then header then products etc or is there a way to do entire site at once:?

Please go to theme options>fonts>size&style and change it there.
