I applied this code css on my site:

.layout-full-width #Wrapper {box-sizing: border-box; Padding: 0.5%! Background-color: # d3a33a! Important; }

To have a frame on all the pages of the site.It works perfectly

II would like this framework to be in front of all the elements of the site.

Which z-index should I apply ?
Elements in full width (images or section) appear above the framework
