Upgrade to PHP7 - Increase in Server Errors Google Webmaster

Hello,

I recently upgraded to PHP7. Soon after I received an email Google Webmaster indicating an increase in server errors. 403 and 500 errors. Many of the keywords I ranked 1st page for are now completely gone. 

In addition, many of the errors say "blog/tag" is missing, and going to "blog/tag" is producing a 403 error now.

Not sure what happened, but any help would be greatly appreciated.

Also, I should mention that I am on cloudflare as well.

we also do not know what is happening, this errors are server erros so we recommend contacting your hosting provider. The theme and wordpress are php 7 ready,
