Theme top menu is going down for apparently no reason

Issue: Top bar menu, if you scroll down and up the page (only a little bit, just enough to swap menu style), eventually the menu gets like 60px padding on top of it, happening on different browsers

Sure, this is how it looks after scrolling the website (you have to do it a few times untill the glitch occurs). Its happening to me on two different computers in both Chrome and Firefox browsers -didnt test others-.

This could be just the admin bar, please log out and check again.
These problems are often cause by some plugins.

Hello, it happens also when not logged in as an Admin, and the glitch is happening since the Taxi Layout was imported into a raw wordpress site.

I can re-install it in a private URL so you can see it (in order to not modify my customer's website while testing)

Have you tried deleting the browser cache? We do not see any spaces on our browsers.
