Modern header position

Hi,

is there any way to adjust position of Modern header?
I would like to move it a bit up and (if possible) decrease its height.

    Unfortunatelly we do not have any option for that, please send a link to your website and we will see if it is possible to move it with css.

    I have dev installed locally so cannot share it.
    Playing with css inspector I figured out the following css:

    #Top_bar {
        top: 20px;
    }

    to move the modern bar a bit higher.
    Still playing with decreasing the height of modern bar...
